• Orders ship from our warehouse within 2 business days.

• You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your Cappy Camera is on the way.

• Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days in North America.

• International delivery times vary depending on local carriers and customs.

Returns

• You can return unused products within 30 days of delivery.

• The product must be in its original condition with all accessories included.

• To start a return, email hello@cappycamera.com with your order number.

Exchanges & Warranty

• If your camera arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

• Cappy Camera includes a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing issues.
