  • You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your Cappy Camera is on the way.

  • Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days in North America.

  • International delivery times vary depending on local carriers and customs.

Returns & Exchanges

At Cappy Camera, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window You can return unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be in their original, new condition.

  • All accessories must be included in the return.

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

  • We also accept exchanges for any product.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, email hello@cappycamera.com with your order number.

  2. Return Method: All returns are handled by mail.

  3. Return Label: Once authorized, we will provide a return label that you can download and print for free.

Fees & Processing

  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees.

  • Return Shipping: We provide the return label at no cost to you.

  • Refund Timing: Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Exchanges & Warranty

  • If your camera arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

  • Cappy Camera includes a 180-day limited warranty covering manufacturing issues.
