Cappy Camera: Screenless digital lo-fi shooter with 20MP resolution for crisp retro photos. Snap stills or record videos (Clips with lo-fi audio via built-in mic); toggle modes with Photo/Video shutter button.

4 built-in filters (Vintage, Black & White, Low Tone, Deep Blue) applied instantly, via position of filter selector switch. Integrated flash, long-lasting battery with LED indicators.

How do you use the Cappy Camera?

Powering Up: Hold back power/flash button (top left) 3 seconds. Blue LED lights for power on; green LED confirms ready. Auto-powers down after 3 minutes inactivity.

Powering Down manually: Hold back power/flash button 3 seconds, Lights will turn off indicating power is off.

Flash Modes: When camera is on Quick-press back power/flash button to toggle between Flash on or Flash off: Off (no light) or On (white LED glows).

Filter Selection: Back upper right slide selector:

  • Position 1: Vintage (standard color).
  • Position 2: Black & White.
  • Position 3: Low Tone.
  • Position 4: Deep Blue.

Taking a Still Photo:

  1. Frame through round optical viewfinder.
  2. Quick-press front shutter. Green LED blinks; slight shutter sound; auto-saves to SD card with selected filter.

Taking a Video:

  1. Frame via viewfinder.
  2. Long-hold front shutter 2 seconds to start (green LED starts flashing).
  3. Short-press shutter to stop video recording. Auto-saves with selected filter to SD card.
  4. Green LED is now steady indicating camera is ready for photo.

LED Recap:

  • Blue: Power on.
  • Green steady: Ready (photo mode).
  • Green blink: Photo being captured.
  • Green flashing: Video recording.
  • Orange: Bettery below 50%
  • White glow: Flash on.
  • Flashing Orange (Yellow) is battery below 20 %
  • Red flash/solid: Error (no/full SD) or low battery (5%).

Transfer Files: Eject SD card (side slot) into adapter for computer/phone. Or USB-connect and drag (32MB SD stores ~10000 images, less with video). Charge via USB (2-3 hours).

Tip: Golden hour for retro vibes.

How do I turn on the flash?

Make sure the camera is powered on and set to photo mode
Short press the power button (back button)
When the white LED appears in the light indicator area, the flash is on

How do I know if my batteries are low?

The Cappy Camera's got your back with handy LED light indicators to keep you in the loop on your battery status! Here’s the breakdown:

  • Orange LED: You’re at medium power (50% – 20%), still plenty of snap-time left!

How do I access my photos?

All your Cappy Camera photos are safely stored on an SD card, making them super easy to access! You can use the included transfer and charging cable to connect the camera to your device, or simply pop the SD card out and use an SD card reader for your phone, tablet, or computer. It's quick, simple, and your memories are just a few clicks away!
