We currently ship worldwide with a few exceptions due to logistical limitations. If you are unable to checkout, please contact support@jigjagcollective.com for assistance.

Orders are typically processed & fulfilled within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times are relative to this processing time. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or sales events.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including:

  • Domestic (US) Shipping
    • Orders over $50USD will have free shipping, this is typically a 2 day shipping option but that is not guaranteed 
    • Domestic orders under $50 will have a flat rate of $10USD for express and $5USD for Standard shipping.
  • International Shipping
    • Orders over $50USD will have free shipping
    • Orders under $50USD have carrier rates based on location

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location. Please allow for additional time during holidays and peak shopping seasons. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order on our website or directly through the carrier's website.

6. International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
