Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, let us make it right. 

Most of our products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in good, unused condition and include all original parts and packaging. Returns will be refunded using the original payment method or store credit. Missing items or damaged product may results in a partial refund/no refund. 

Return Process:

  1. Click the "Account" link at the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar of our website.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your order to receive a one-time password.
  3. The one-time password will be emailed automatically to you. Once received, enter the one-time password to access your account.
  4. Select the items you would like to return to initiate the returns process.
  5. Our customer service team will provide a return label within 2-3 business days after initiating the return. Please Note: Business days are 8 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday, and do not include weekends. A return started after 2 PM will begin processing the next business day. If a return is initiated after 2 PM on Friday, the return will start processing on Monday of the following week.

Shipping Information:

  • Free return shipping is offered to customers in Canada and the United States.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all international orders (Outside of the United States and Canada).
  • Any duties or taxes incurred on the return will be deducted from the refund total.

Cancellations

If the order hasn't been fulfilled, we can cancel and refund the order if you email support@jigjagcollective.com. Unfortunately, once the product has been fulfilled, we will need to wait until its delivered so we can initiate a return process. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please inform us immediately. Our customer service team will guide you through troubleshooting steps to verify the issue. Once we confirm the item is defective, we will provide you with a replacement. Our team will ask you return the defective item for our Quality Assurance.
